I decided to take a drive down Mango Avenue one day when it was raining cats and dogs. This was during the monsoon season, which, as everyone who lives in the Philippines knows, means torrential rain for days on end. I've always enjoyed painting water and how it interacts with the light. This painting shows the building with National Bookstore there on the corner.
